What are your System Requirements?
Stella is MAC and PC friendly. As Stella is Cloud based AWS service, internet speeds & a modern browser like Google Chrome are important. The only browser we don’t recommend using is Internet Explorer.
What, if any, are the added costs?
Besides paying for the # of users you need, the only added cost is credit card processing fees. We recommend Payment Depot who will sign you up for Authorize.net account (at no additional fee), which is needed as the Gateway in Stella. Our research shows that Payment Depot has the lowest rate of any credit card processor. You’ll also need a Quick Books online account.
Do I need a Document Signing Account?
No, our document signing (Signiflow) is built into the cost of Stella.
Do you have a data migration tool to upload my customer information, inventory and Zip codes?
Yes. Stella provides 3 forms to upload: Inventory, Customer Data, and Zip codes.
